→ Get to know what is a Quality Inspection firstly
Final Random Inspection (FRI) is a product evaluation activity prior to shipment. Normally FRI requires the production to be 100% completed and at least 80% of goods to be packed with standard ready-to-sale packaging. The samples to be inspected are all randomly selected according to AQL standard, or 100% inspected according to your request.
A FRI activity requires a standard PVP (Production Verification Packet), industrial standardized processes and a set of calibrated tools to comprehensively check and test your product, ensuring it meets agreed upon specifications and expectation of consumers. We have detailed DCL that covers detailed criteria of different categories and can identify defects very clearly.
A FRI covers below sections:
- PVP Files Checking
- Products Quantity Validation
- Packaging Safty Verification
- Marking & Labeling
- Product Specification
- Approved Samples Verification
- Retail Packaging Review
- Workmanship & Construction
- On-Site Tests
- Client Special Requirement
- Inspection Conclusion
